By accessing or using the services provided by WHITE LIFE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the WHITE LIFE AI platform at https://whitelifeai.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.
WHITE LIFE AI is a B2B AI operating system that provides multi-model AI task automation, intelligent routing across AI providers (including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek), enterprise-grade security, usage-based billing, API access, and related services. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service is offered through various subscription tiers, including one-time purchase plans and monthly subscriptions. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing customers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is and remains the exclusive property of WHITE LIFE LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Access to the WHITE LIFE AI API is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or embedded in client-side code. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or violate these Terms. You are responsible for all API calls made using your credentials.
We implement industry-standard security measures including tenant isolation, encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3), HMAC-authenticated gateway requests, and hash-chain audit trails. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, we offer additional data processing agreements (DPAs) upon request.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet service provider failures, or third-party AI provider outages. Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLA terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITE LIFE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WHITE LIFE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting [email protected]. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
